Get involved with land conservancies. Soundscape preservation information/projects would give them more leverage in their campaigns to preserve land. No more motorcyles screaming across the desert.

Hi, Clara. Re: your recording of the tarantula wasp amid sounds of the downtown, two thoughts. First, yea, ain't it the truth! The sounds of our human induced din are omnipresent - in all but a few remaining rare places and nothing captures it so well as the attempt to record the critters. Second, Bernie recommends 'Sound Soap Pro' to scrub that traffic noise, something you may have already tried, but worth the mention. We look foward to your new posts!
